After breakfast, drive to Bamyan, a UNESCO-listed valley famous for its history and mountain views. Take a day trip to Balkh, one of the world’s oldest cities. Today you’ll return to Kabul with two travel options: ✈ Option 1: Flight to Kabul For a quicker return, you may choose a short domestic flight (approx. 1 hour). Please note: flight tickets are not included in the tour price, but we will gladly assist you with booking and airport transfer. 🚗 Option 2: Drive via Salang Pass Take the adventurous route with a full-day drive through the stunning Hindu Kush mountains and the historic Salang Pass. This scenic journey offers panoramic views, local encounters, and photo stops along the way. Approximate drive time: 8–10 hours. Please let us know your preferred option in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
After breakfast, enjoy a final day exploring some of Kabul’s most iconic cultural and historical landmarks: Babur Garden – Stroll through the beautifully restored gardens built by Emperor Babur in the 16th century, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. National Museum of Afghanistan – Discover Afghanistan’s rich history through its impressive collection of artifacts spanning thousands of years. British Cemetery – A quiet, historic site where many foreign soldiers, diplomats, and aid workers are buried — a place of reflection. Wazir Akbar Khan Hill (Big Flag Hill) – Visit the hilltop flying Afghanistan’s largest flag and enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Kabul. Antique Street of Kabul – End your tour with a walk along this charming street, filled with shops selling antiques, crafts, carpets, and local souvenirs. After the visits, the tour concludes.
